ⓔ Create a Google Form faster by copying and pasting

When creating Google Forms it can be tedious if you have several options to type as an answer to a question. For example, I use a Google Form for feedback in my classroom, and the first question is for me to enter the student’s name. I’d like to just select the student’s name, but then I have to type all of the students’ names.

If you already have the list of names, such as in a spreadsheet or text document, highlight the names and copy them.

ListOfNames

Then switch to your Google Form. In any of the questions that have a list of option you can paste your list and Google Forms will automatically create a list of items based on the contents of the clipboard.

Easy peasy.
