Being able to effectively use a student tech team also requires a school culture where teachers will accept from students. I know that sounds bad, but I’ve seen teachers who would not work with students in a support capacity. Luckily, this was several years ago, but I believe the teachers didn’t want to appear like they didn’t know everything.
