Synap has thousands of multiple choice questions online, or students can create their own, to help reinforce concepts taught in the classroom. What makes Synap different is what they call Active Elaboration, Spaced Repetition and Interleaved Practice. Different ways to approach answering questions and practicing questions that a student answers incorrectly.

It seems a little too drill and kill for me, but it could be useful in some cases, like remembering terminology.
