VideoNot.es loads a video on the left side, and lets the user take notes about the video on the right. The notes are linked to the specific time of the video. The notes themselves are saved in Google Drive, or can be exported to Evernote.
This could be a nice way to have students take notes in a flipped classroom and be able to share their notes with the class or teacher.
