How can we have a positive culture in our workplace? What can we do to help others and make the culture better? This past month, I came across the comment that “culture is defined by the worst behavior tolerated”. This really struck a chord with me, it was something I hadn’t really thought of before. Defining culture by the worst tolerated behavior aligns with another axiom I’ve read, you are the average of the five people you’re around most. Who are you around most?
