Annotable is really cool iOS photo mark up tool
Much like Skitch before it, Annotable gives you some pretty cool markup tools for pictures. My favorite is the magnifying loupe, allowing you to shift focus to a particular part of an image and magnify it. Annotable is free with in-app purchases for more tools.
