Applied Digital Skills is a free website by Google that offers technology lessons for staff and students (middle school and older). There are tons of lessons available online to help you or your students learn new skills.
When I use online lessons like this, I find that it can be hard to track progress for students. What I’ve ended up doing is showing the students how to take screenshots. After a student completes a lesson, they take a screenshot of the screen showing the completion, and turn in the screenshot either in Google Classroom or post it on their blog. This also helps with cheating, since it’s more difficult to pass off someone else’s screenshot as your own.
