A lot of the screenshot tools have the ability to blur out information, but it’s always good to have a web app available for those times when you need to redact data in a graphic before posting.
The tool is simple but effective. After uploading your image, you can mark what areas to blur, and the app does the rest.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any privacy or terms of use, so I don’t know what the website does with images, so keep that in mind if you use the tool.
