Learn coding and create an interactive text adventure with Adventuron

I’m a big fan of interactive fiction, and Adventuron is another tool that can be used to create interactive fiction. But, the fun doesn’t stop there. There is also Adventuron Classroom that walks you through coding an interactive fiction game.
I used the word coding because that it what you or your students will be doing in Adventuron, coding their game.
Interactive fiction, much like books, relies on the students imagination to build the world. This makes it easier for you or your students to write games of interactive fiction. Instead of trying to draw or build models of a space ship, in interactive fiction you only have to describe the spaceship and let the player imagine what it looks like.
Games written in Adventuron can be played on any web browser, making it easier for students to share their work.
